Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement, and that you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Not financial or investment advice

JBL Risk Manager is a tool for position sizing, risk management and analysis. It is not a broker, a financial adviser, or a substitute for one. Nothing in the Service — including the JBL Score, position sizes, stops, screener results, or any figure or chart — is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

The JBL Score is a heuristic built from a handful of indicators. It describes the present, has not been backtested against historical returns, and does not predict future performance. All calculations depend on the data and settings you provide and on third-party market data, which may be delayed or inaccurate.

3. Trading involves risk of loss

Trading and investing carry a substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions, and you should seek advice from a licensed professional before acting. You use the Service, and act on anything it shows you, entirely at your own risk.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register, and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other users’ accounts, or our systems.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute market data or other content beyond your own personal use of the Service.
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or the networks it runs on.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and the JBL Score methodology, is owned by North Atlantic Pty Ltd and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. The trading data you enter remains yours.

7. Third-party data and services

The Service displays market data supplied by third parties such as CoinGecko and EOD Historical Data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of that data, and we are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any calculation or figure is accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, North Atlantic Pty Ltd will not be liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes and termination

We may modify the Service or these terms at any time. When changes are material we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. You may stop using the Service at any time, and we may suspend or end access if you breach these terms.
